Shipping policy
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. All orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, select PRIORITY shipment upon checkout.
After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order (please note that for International Standard Shipping, tracking will show when it leaves the USA and when it gets delivered. For more detailed tracking, select International Priority Shipping upon checkout). Orders placed before 12pm EST ship same day.

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping & handling to the Continental US is free! Expedited 2-Day domestic shipping as well as shipping outside to the Continental US will be calculated at checkout.
