Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product — disposable hygiene sheets — we cannot accept returns on opened packages. For health and safety reasons, all sales on opened products are final.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-returnable items:

• Any opened package of sheets

• Gift cards

• Sale items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days at info@sorbables.com and we’ll make it right immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

To return an unopened product contact us first at info@sorbables.com to arrange return shipping to our Detroit, MI location. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
